Traditional March Firstline Lastline challenge

It's that time of year again when we hold the first line - last line drabble challenge. The rules are simple: the last line of a drabble is to be used as the next first line. Multiple chains are permitted so don't worry if your idea on a line has been used. A drabble is 100 words but if you have been inspired to write something longer, it's OK to share it here. The aim of the game is to get some writing practice in and have a little fun. Giles in the mix please, though he doesn't have to star.

All drabbles as new entries please.

Here's a first line to get us all going:

Dubiously, Giles asked, "What exactly is in this potion?"
